This was our fifth real estate transaction with Susie, obviously we have the utmost respect respect and trust in her. She always go the extra mile and more in insuring that we are happy with the end result, whether buying and/or selling. Would not consider working with any other real estate agent locally.

Unfortunately we had a buyer not perform multiple times, yet Susie Roope stayed the course and never lost focus. To say I was frustrated with out first buyer, would be an understatement, but Susie kept me engaged and confident that we'd get the house sold. The buyer who didn't perform basically tied up the house and we missed a complete sales cycle (spring, summer, fall of 2017), but Susie worked with other brokers in the area, to find a great buyer who was thrilled to buy the house, and it ended up being a great experience for everyone involved.
